Our general terms and conditions

We are very happy that you have chosen our guesthouse!

1. Check-in
   The rooms can be occupied from 3:00 pm and must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure. It is possible to make exceptions, but please contact us in advance so that we can confirm before your arrival.
   We have plenty of parking spaces available to our guests.
    
2. Cancellation conditions for individual bookings
   Free room cancellations are possible until 12.00 noon the day before arrival. For subsequent cancellations,
   a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the first night will be charged.
    
3. Group bookings
   A booking for 8 or more people falls under the category of a group booking. Please read our cancellation
   policy in detail under point 4.
    
4. Cancellation conditions for group bookings
   Your booking request is considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit agreed (usually 20% of the
   services booked). You will then receive written confirmation of your reservation. By paying the deposit you
   confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
   Cancellation of services booked may cause expenses. We therefore take the liberty of charging the following
   fees:
   • Cancellations up to 60 days before the seminar start date: fixed rate of 100 Euro in administrative costs
   • Cancellations from 59 to 30 days before the seminar start date: 20% of canceled services
   • Cancellations from 29 to 10 days before the start date of the seminar: 50% of canceled services
   • Cancellations from 9 to 4 days before the seminar start date: 75% of canceled services
   Then 100% of the canceled services will be charged.
   In the event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, pandemics, fires, floods, etc.), both parties may cancel
   the booking without any consequential cost.
